All those gizmos are good, excellent. ABS, traction control etc. They all work. A good rider IS better than an ABS, but only when he's rested, concentrated and in dry conditions. In most other cases, even pro riders can not "outbrake" ABS.
The only problem I have with making those things compulsory is cost-benefit. I would rather get the EURO emmision standards and ABS out of the way and buy bike for half the price - a bike that performs. Like the good old FZS, that can no longer be made due to those stupid regulations.
