what did you do with your fazer today ?
Completed a picture challenge on another forum - what a beautiful night for a ride! Mild, still, and dry roads, hardly any traffic. Alas, was too tired to do any more, but think I will be out tomorrow.

Went out this morning with a group I ride with around the mountain roads see earlier post Photos. Anyway we were a group of 4,  Hornet 900, CBR 600, a Valkyrie and me on the FZ6 S2. You may laugh about the Valk but trust me Colin can ride this thing and the torque on it is something else, good fun all morning only to be spolit by a load of arseholes on sports bikes.
Anyway they blasted past us 9 of them then an hour later (we had stopped for Coffee)we came across the same group only this time there were down to a group of 6. Three had plastered there pride and joys all over the Spanish countryside, 1 bike was like 100mtrs down the hillside, 1 was wedged under the Armco barrier 1 was under the front end of a car. THe police and ambulances were in attendance so we did not stop, who was the gulity party, did not see what happened but my money is the bikers as they went past us like a bunch of idiots, riding like that on these roads is just plain stupid. Hopefully the three riders were not to badly hurt but I reckon the guy on the bike halfway down the mountain must have been pretty well fucked as it is all rocks and scrub and pinetrees. As we carried on the air ambulance was heading that direction.
Only time I have seen bikers down on these roads it has been sports bikes.
Was a great morning out, but sadly spoilt by idiots, as said hope they are not to badly injured but for sure there bikes were well fucked.

Replaced my ginger disc bolts for new stainless steel bolts.

Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Removed the Hyperpro springs from my forks ready for them to be posted to their new owner.
Still have to set the R1 front end up, that can wait for better weather.

Nice run out at last! H's for tea and bacon butties to kick off, then to Newbury to pick up the A4. Gave it loads of welly, many, MANY kittens were killed!  :evil
Out to Chippenham for a coffee, on to Bath, then north to Ross-on-Wye. Continued north, then to Gloucester, finally finding a way back over the Severn and home on the A40. God, I needed that!

2 thous at H's, not Foccers - in fact, when asked if they were, they said "no, we actually get out and ride ours"!! Cheeky sods, how do they think I got there?!
