Heres mine with newly fitted Blue Flame end can. I really recommend them. Sounds fabulous and cheapest one is £150 delivered. They are made to order so be prepared to wait!

Cheers!  Big Grin
Took me ages to find one as good as this. Was totally standard when I got it with 15k on the clock. Rides like new, love it.

Is the rear bolt on the belly pan held on with a cable tie?
Reply
S**t, forgot about that!  :rolleyes
Thanks for pointing it out. I was supposed to make a new bracket for it because ones supplied were crap.
Off to my shed to put it right!

Now that's a cracking bit of engineering there Nash, looks really well!! A word of advice though buddy.

Being an ex-engineer I make racks for my bikes, and have done for years. You really need to connect the front of the rack to the grab handle by some means, or the arms at the last angle welded will fracture due to metal fatigue as the box bounces up and down when you ride.
Just ride behind another bike with a box on, and watch the bugger bounce, then you'll see why!!

Best of luck with it, and good job!!
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!
