We really ought to remind him that dressing gown and slippers is really not suitable riding attire too. Also, I think I'd only be doing my duty if I offered to relieve him of one or two of those bikes he's got there - it'll save him a world of confusion

Charged & refitted the  battery , topped up the tyres , started her up and went out for a spin round the ring road , along the A420 past Castle combe and back down the M4 to Bristol , sun was shining , roads were mainly  dry , not too cold ,  bike felt great , got home with a big grin on my face , felt like spring is around the corner .

Couple of hours out in the cold winter sun, really good fun, blew the winter cobwebs away, where the fields had flooded and left  streams
crossing the road was a bit scary at times, Def worth doing, nicely warm at home now.
