Went to the Valencia moto gp, great atmosphere, 100,000+ Spaniards in full voice, racing like watching paint dry, it looks much better on TV. Would rather been at a local Irish road race much more fun from a spectators point of view as in metres away from the action, not lioke the 100 metres we were today and we had decent seats. Lew

Spark plugs changed, Forks out front calipers off for cleaning&new seals. Front braided lines fitted, front master cylinder overhauled with Yamaha kit. Having some fun & games trying to remove front caliper pistons. They pop out so far but if you remove two how do you get sufficient air pressure to remove the ones on the opposite side?-have been using a footpump with home made adaptor to fit. Any ideas welcome

Changed my coolant see here http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,10671...#msg112914 And changed my air filter after 16k miles old and new photos. I wrote the date in the bottom of the filter for some reason - thought it was a good idea. One thing I would say to watch out for if this is the first one since factory is that when unscrewing the self tapping screws in the top cover plate it created a couple of twists of plastic that you dont want falling down there when you remove the old filter.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.

Wow man that's yellow lol  don't think a bit of plastic spur will do any harm even if it did get sucked in though.  Rammed n burnt n remnants spat out probably.    All I did on my fazer was look at a photo of it as I'm working abroad right now boohoo
This week I've been mostly tinkering in the garage
