babies vs toddlers vs juniors.
#1
In a radical departure from erectile dysfunction I have a 3 month old son (as some of you know). Wink

My instructions are that he get 7 fluid oz of milk at 10:30 pm.  Somehow this turns in to an hour and a half of bouncing, patting and puking.  Just 5 minutes ago, for no reason, Jack gives me a priceless look; a huge toothless grin with milk all around his chops.  Having said all this he doesn't walk, talk or most importantly of all play with lego (yet).

toddlers are the same but they walk a bit more and puke
a bit less bit and make stinkier nappies.

Joe is a junior, he's trying to swim, comes up with awesome questions, walks and runs reasonably well and most importantly  loves lego.

Why can't we just skip all the rubbish stuff and get straight to the junior years ? I'm told that the toothless grin is precious and I'll admit he's growing on me but the sooner he stops puking the happier I'll be.

I suppose it was more of a statement than a question  :lol

I agree, babies are boring  :z  I've got boxes of lego in the cupboard for when Frazer (he's 3 1/2) wants to play with it Big Grin  I also can't wait for him to want a scalextric set, train set and RC car.

I think you're gonna be disappointed Lawrence. By the time he gets to that age, he'll want toys you don't even understand and you'll never keep up!

Doesn't matter, still got my old RC car that I'll play with while he goes and does whatever it he does  :lol

Don't hold them upside down just after they had milk.  Yes they smile.  Then they puke.

Sounds like we had it easy on the puking front with our little one.  Enjoy the time now before yours gets mobile!

I also agree. My 7 wk old is nowhere near as interesting as my 2 yr old, although she still has the ability to melt me whenever she smiles. Awwww!

My 2 yr old got a fantastic RC car for her birthday. It's one of those electric cars that she can drive herself, however it came with a RC controller and at the flick of a switch it becomes a RC car. Rear wheel drive + laminate flooring = sideways action and a terrified daughter. Just a shame it's as pink as Katie Price's cars. :lol 8)
