Is there anything specific at that junction (pub, cafe) or just a place to meet?

Just a gravelled clearing in the woods, with a little lane running off by it, and of course the tea hut painted green (lately run by one whom is universally considered to be - erm, how to put this diplomatically - a prick (sorry Bradley if you're reading this!) Plus of course, if the weather's nice, there'll be a load of bikes there  Wink .

Well, it's often said that half of London's murder victims wind up buried in Epping Forest... :eek :lol

Steve I'll meet you up the Heath for dead animal burger in the morning.... What time?
Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

AA says 50mins to Loughton (via Blackwall - which prob makes more sense than Woolwich Ferry) - so 9:30/9:40? Give us 20 mins or so for mechanically recovered, unspecified animal delicacy...

Not for the first time I'm properly stumped.  3 pages of Brighton then it turns in to Anglia.  What did I miss ?

Exup, did you say something about another rideout happening near Royston ?

I'm gonna sit in the corner, rock and hit my head against the wall.  don't mind me.
Opinions are like A**holes, Everyone has one.  Some people seem to have more than one though which is a bit odd.

It was me who suggested Brighton but, foolishly, I didn't propose a route - when a route was finally worked out it didn't have Brighton at the end of it, go figure??
The route we're going on is pretty good though - worth the effort if you can make it. S

I'm hoping to make it, I'm unsure after my recent farcical activities if I'll be welcome but I'm more than content to loiter at the rear end and see how it's done  :b .  I'll beg the missus for a day pass and one way or the other I'll get a ride out of it  Big Grin
