On a Fazer, no less Smile

Only got 1 rider error for doing the swerve at 47kph the first time, got 51 on the second attempt though (although it didn't feel safe to me trying to do that speed in the wet?) . Well chuffed, just meed to get mod2 done now and I can get out riding on a proper bike in stead of my lady boy 125 :lol

The fella doing the test before me dropped his fazer too, right at the start while wheeling it into the parking space, didn't put it on the stand properly and over it went. I couldn't believe it.

Anyway, yeah, there's my useless story for today :o

Exactly what I did on my mod1 - only the one minor for not going fast enough... pretty sure that would happen if I took the test now  :evil

Mod 2 was soo easy by comparison in my opinion, had a nice ride out with no minors at all, was well chuffed with that result  Big Grin

Good luck!!

Well done.
I got one minor for a missed gear change.
BUT then went and thought ah mod 2 will be easy, IT IS STILL A TEST, failed it twice before i passed. :o

Well done mate. And good luck with the rest of it!
Not quite sure what to do with my early mid-life crisis. Ideas on a post card to P.O.BOX 150...

You are required to accelerate up to 50kph and swerve around a cone before coming to a complete stop between a set of other cones

Grats, got 2 friends waiting for thier part 1. 1 takes it friday the other in a couple of weeks time
oddly the 2 things both are worried about is the swerve test and not going fast enough for it. and also the walk back garage park lol
both schools use the fazer to btw. seems like a popular choice now for schools with the new bhp rules

Thanks everyone for the kind words, feels great to get one part out the way, just need to polish the normal riding standard for mod 2.

When I passed my test (the old 2-parter), I promptly went back to the cones and did it on my Kwak Turbo(which I had in the garage waiting for me to pass). Now, I don't consider myself to be a bad rider these days, but I often wonder if I'd pass the current test if I tried it - well done mate.
Sorry, but can't resist this - those were the days:

I did my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on a GS500E - but his was before the new bhp and age rules came in. Thank god I got my licence before, would have easily cost me twice as much and taken 2 years longer to get where I am now Tongue

Well done. All I did was read a number plate and ride round the block a couple of times. Oh and not hit the examiner when he stepped out in front of me with his clipboard.
