It would be a cracking start on the Fazer ladder!! looks like she has been cherished!! As for the downpipes on a foxeye.. I can confirm they are stainless on the pipes and yes they do rot on the collector... hence why the Beast now has shiny pipes and is going on the Dyno this windy morning!!

Well just rung up about the Blue Fazer and deposit taken  :'( but told to ring up in 4 to 5 days just to check.Now trying to get hold of the garage in Darwen about the red one.

No point in getting stresses, in my many years of stressing out I have finally come to realise that if you don't get something you were hoping to get, more often than not, you end up with something better.

apparently the bike has wanted for nothing.Not sure what that tape is doing on the n/s rear plastics will have to ask about that.

If it has been well looked after there is a good chance that the tape is on the rear plastics to prevent scuffs from either carrying a pillion or from 'throw overs'.

You just need to make sure it isn't masking any cracks

He rang me back tonight the tape,s there for when they strap the bikes to the trailer,said it was,nt worth taking  off for the sake of a week.Must admit looking forward to viewing the bike.

Good luck with it! If you can find someone that knows a bit about bikes to go along with you bring them with you. A second pair of eyes always helps for picking up things.
