Finding it hard to come from 1 st gear in to 2 nd gear with out it selecting neutral then having the horrible gear grinding noise then CLUNK in to second.
This only happens when your in high revs?

IMHO you shouldnt be doing high revs when changing from 1st to 2nd.
I think what the consensus on changing gears is - lightly push the gear lever up, reduce revs + clutch + change gear + release clutch + foot goes back to normal position.
Adjust the clutch....

OR, adjust the clutch cable to the right spec. and you 'may' find things improve markedly!

Remove the front sprocket cover and clean out all the accumulated road crude and old chain lube from the clutch push mechanism, If no improvement then adjust the clutch.
