The bead cover looks great but my tiny tots legs would make anymore seat height a problem?

You may actually need firmer sponge not softer. If soft sponge is squashing flat you might need something that gives your cheeks more support. Nice image?  :lol

Seat I had on my previous Fazer was less hard and more comfortable than the one I have now...

Sheepskin, animal coats  :eek now this is getting silly, l'm mounting no sheep, my bike will do fine and hey this is no western so sheepskins, cowhides, a saddle with stirrups are all out of the question and no more inflatables please  Wink

it was a serious suggestion - apparently they are great for distance comfort. never tried one myself though.

My brother has a sheep skin on his xt660 tenere and says the seat is lot more comfortable with it on especially on long journeys
