So there was some movement today but no progress. In my opinion Tapatalk's support has not been helpful. You can see the thread here:

Thanks for having a look Looking at it again I don't think you need to click that link - if you're using a smartphone it'll automatically use the mobile theme.

it might substitute, however I also use a number of forums on tapatalk, so buying another app for my already congested phone wont be happening anytime soon. but i can always go back to using the full site on my phone.

Help from the mainland, is there any update on getting tapatalk working again?

It's slow going, as much as anything because their support is (I guess) in a time zone around 12 hours difference. So I post a question, that night he answers, the next day I post, that night he answers......

He's agreed to take a look at our code and set-up which hopefully will happen overnight tonight, although I do not know if this will resolve anything.

Have you had a look at that other site? http://smf-media.com/community <- regarding the 'look and layout' is it as good as tapatalk? / would it substitute for tapatalk?
