Thanks for that mate!..Hours of work into that as was an absolute wreck when i got it. I didn't run, the paintwork was awful and there was rust in the brakes. I ended up rebuilding the inboard discs completely without even knowing anything about them. The bike ended up with another engine as the first one had 63000 on it. The one i fitted had 21000 on it but was sound as a pound. All the paintwork i did myself.....well actually i did everything to it!!...Lol Fantastic job to do though. I even found a fairing on ebay for her as she was a naked bike originally....Here's another piccie....

not that many, my first bike I bought when I was 15 so I'd be on the road  soon as I was 16, it was a --------------

1959 FRANCIS BARNETT CRUISER 80, 250CC AMC SINGLE 2 STROKE,

1957 JAMES 250CC

250CC MATCHLESS

250CC BSA STARFIRE BOUGHT NEW IN 1969. THE BIKE I PASSED MY TEST ON.

650CC AJS UNSURE OF THE YEAR AS NEITHER THE FRAME NOR ENGINE NUMBERS MATCHED THE LOG BOOK, EVEN THOUGH THE BIKE WAS BOUGHT FROM ABBEY MOTORS IN SELBY?

SOME OF THE OTHER BIKES I OWNED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE AJS WERE---350CC & 500CC AJS SINGLES, 500CC & 650CC BSA TWINS
TRIUMPH 21 350CC, ROYAL ENFIELD 500CC BULLET c1953.

THEN THERE WAS A GAP WHILE I MARRIED HAD CHILDREN GOT DIVORCED BUILT MY FINANCES BACK UP.

IN 1996 I BOUGHT A'92 VIRAGO 535, A GOOD CHOICE TO GET BACK INTO BIKING, I ALSO BUILT A TRIKE TO GO TO RALLIES ON.

IN '05 I BOUGHT A NEW BT11OO BULLDOG, IN '06 THIS WAS WRITTEN OFF AND REPLACED WITH A NEW FZ6 WHICH I HAVE NOW.

Short list

May 2009 - Fox Eye Fazer (Blue 2003 FZS600)

Oct 2009 - Fox Eye Fazer (Blue 2003 FZS600)

thats it!

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming - WOO HOO! What a Ride!"
