Remember to clean out the passageway on the covers also

Yes, I did them too yesterday with tiny wire and pressured air, so hopefully they are ok already.
The true is, that the diaphragms and the chambers were quite dirty, mainly on one of the cylinder.
Maybe that was one of the problems I had with the rough runnig under 3000 rpm

Hi, upon having a look through every jet and cleaning out I have come to the pilot bleed holes/passagways and can’t work out the best way to clean these? The pilots jets were all fine and as should be but the screws were fairly out, however when I put them back to 2.5 turns they are loose and I reckon vibration would just make them rattle out…. Any ideas? Cheers

Hi for proper cleaning I use ultrasound with cleaning liquid, then I go with pressured air through each hole and passageway to get all liquid and dirt out of them.
Regarding pilot jet, are you going 2,5 turns out of completely in or completely out?
It has to be 2,5 from completely in, then there is no way to have them loose, if you have their springs in of course.

Have you checked the springs on the needles? I see my suggestion may have been missed....
