How to complete a private sale from Serbia.

Hi does anyone have any experience of buying parts from Serbia from a private individual. Any info on the best ways to pay or sort it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Even after having a good look around the internet it's still a very risky proposition, because the comebacks can be so unpredictable.
Different if it's a registered company obviously as you can then be protected by PayPal for example, but a private sale will come with risks from the word go.
Will they take returns if the item is not suitable, will it cost more than the item to return if needed (China for example), etc?
Of course things could go off very smoothly and everybody is happy....but if it doesn't then you need to think of the worst possible outcome, as in, you've done your money.
