Yea, ive read about that switch and concluded with myself that ill just keep it as it is  :rollin (until i remove the engine for some reasons?)
i usally park it on the centre stand so the sidestand problem arent such a pain.

As for my clutch handle squeezing to trigger the starter motor i found out there is a clutch switch beside the handle  Smile  (yea, did i mention Im new to modern motorcycle, my Husqvarna WR didnt have such advance feutures) so i adjusted it so now i dont have to press the handle hard into the handlebars to start it up.

but! when im in Neutral, is it cause the sidestand switch it doesent start without engaging the clutch?

Most likely, yeah.
Have you tried totally degreasing the area of the side stand switch with brake cleaner, especially making sure the plunger moves freely in and out?
Mine would totally cut out with the stand down in neutral, but when i gave it a good clean it would let me put the stand down only AFTER starting the bike with the stand up.

If you still have to much travel in the rear brake lever after checking the above you could reduce it by turning the clevis a couple of times
Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

Have been offshore for a time so havent really got anything done with it, exept that i bought a pair of crash pads. Should i mount them at the front mountings for my "catkiller"?
Seems to be the right place for them, also one of the crash pads r longer than the other? what side to i place the short one and the long side?

Aftermarket levers might be causing a problem with the clutch and microswitch at the hnadlebars.

There's a reason why one's longer than the other, try them both sides and it will become obvious which way round they go.

It will only start in neutral while on the sidestand. If the bike does not stall when you put it into gear then the problem is not the side stand switch. The earth from the side stand switch is needed to keep the Ignitor alive when riding.
I would check the  connections at the starter cut out relay under the left panel for corrosion.

The 600 usually does not require choke to start when cold just open the throttle a little, then if need give it some choke. Change the plugs and balance/synch the carburetors, this will help to sort the starting issues.
