I had the Versys from new early 09 it's a very good bike . The Fazer is lighter & faster but you have to down change more on the Fazer . I've had a lot of bikes in the past ie DT 125 E,  XS400SE, KH250, RD250, RZ250R, FJ 1200, Cagiva 650 elephant, Bandit 1200 + many more . I liked the Fazer when it first came out & test rode one a long time ago but I bought the Cagiva instead  :o Two different bikes at the end of the day but I like both of them.

When you do look under it, let me know if the pipes are all in good condition as I ride mine in nearly all weathers and I'm looking for cheap ways to protect from corrosion.

I will be getting a fender extender, but I was tinking of the wrap idea as well (if it's any good) for extra protection
