The proper experts will be along to advise properly but I always resist the temptation to re fit straight away and leave it 24 hours or over night to fully harden
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.

Give the paint 24 hrs to dry and u can take out all the fasteners holding it on, great weight saving technique  lol
Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

Go on Anutz, admit it, you just went out and bought a new one as there's no way that's a DIY job :pokefun

Excellent work on that Smile
On a note of someone telling you not to touch exhaust studs, your now a qualified mechanic since you picked up a spanner to tackle your 'wee job' on the :faz :lol

Thanks Sinto....turned out really well, made a few mess ups initially flatting back the primer to plastic again, but second time went well and the result looks lovely....and its been road tested tonight, all is well, the paint did not fly off at speed.

I do like "wee jobs".....but hope i never ever have to do a "wee job" like i did on my FZS600 ever again lol
