He is lucky to be alive, but he is a complete twat, as is anyone (cyclist, driver or biker, there are plenty of every sort) who thinks that they can get across a crossing before a train...

Lucky he had his bike helmet. I bet he hasn't got a cycling proficiency certificate or a tufty club membership!
