I have managed to source a shock for my bike, can anybody tell me what length bones are required to retain the standard ride height and what is the difference without them?

hi if you get a set of dog bones measurements from center of bolt hole to the other center of bolt hole measures 13cm that should give you back standered height with the r6 shock mod hope this helps.

Great info Fazer Blue, I plan to source my own shock and do my own conversion in the winter, I know a mate who can get lazer cutting done so that info is all I need to know.

You can get the correct bones from us ebay

don't forget about the washers devilsyam will give you the details i am sure and you need to drill the top bolt hole as well
