So, just an idea for a thread, but if it was your last rideout ever.... for a day where would you go? Let's say local to where you are and up to say 200 miles?

Last ride ever. Mad Sunday Isle of Man TT circuit done it years ago on a Suzuki GS850 shaft drive. To do it again now on the Hornet would be great.
With out a ferry crossing then Leicester down the Fosse Way to Swindon B4507 to Wantage. Then back to Leicester Via Oxford onto the (old A34) A4260 to Banbury and on to Daventry .

Hmmm knowing me I would spend most of the day cleaning in preparation the bike and then see some "iffy " looking clouds and think I will go out tomorrow------------ and then dont.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.

If I were still in Glasgow this is an easy one, Kinlochleven.
If I were in London, this is an easy one, Kinlochleven. If I were in the Northern Hemisphere, this is an easy one, Kinlochleven. Spotting a pattern here yet? :rollin :rollin Need to find a suitable Kiwi alternative as soon as I can I reckon. :thumbup

Along to Wiveliscombe, Dulverton (cream tea time), South Molton, Mortonhampstead, across Dartmoor to Hole's Hole in the Tamar valley, across to Torquay, and finally a sprint back up to home through the Blackdown hills. I think its about 220 or 230 miles.
Hmmmm, whats the weather doing this weekend?
People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do.
