Spring size?

Does anybody know which size spring is on a Fz1 standard shock?
I'm looking at having it serviced and resprung for my weight but I've just been on the nitron website to have a look at buying the spring and there are about 8 million to choose from ??
Any help would be greatly appreciated ??

Nitron are pretty helpful I'm sure they would be able to help you choose the right spring if you contacted them.
