hand guards
#1
fitting the hand guards took me 30 mins a side, they both need trimmed on the under side, the bar ends need enlarged with a drimmel & then a hear gun just to finnish off, we did a 1000 miles round scotland in 4 days last year, it rained all the time, i can honestly say they saved the day.

ooo what screen is that???
neat job, i found the guard fouled the clutch lever so had to make a little aluminium extender to connect to the bar end Sad

its a riffle screen & it does just touch the guards on full lock, nowt to worry about though, as for the clutch lever, i just used a heat gun to keep it away from the lever, no probs
