Before going out check android GPS toggle is turned on.

My 1:30 ride out yesterday around Rutland water, Melton and back was completely blank in 'my track's' as I'd forgotten to turn the  GPS toggle on.  It just displayed an hour and a half of stationary.  Class.

:oops

Wot a dufus.

It's called 'my track's' it's in the Google play store.

There was a thread about this a while back.

only problem is sharing the results if you were a bit throttle happy

I do not take much notice of my speedo but have started to question my speed due to the app as it shows that a momentary laps of concentration due to road observations I is hitting speeds just over the limit. Its a fantastic way of analysing riding style then making the adaptations if needed but I is a slow foccer when I is out there 90% of the time.

Note to self learn where the breaks are and keep an eye on the speedo.

Race chrono does much the same but prob better suited to track days. Also Diablo super biker, its a pirelli app, that has road and track options, you cant follow those on google maps though........

Pirelli Diablo. Free app on iPhone and Android.

Speed, distance, time. Map of the route and those all important lean angles ;-)

Note to self tho, when you end a ride you still need to be receiving GPS for it to save.
