Hi all, i've just got my first Fazer. It's a 2006 FZ6. Had it a week now. Got it last Friday and did 500 miles on it over the weekend with the wife on her 600 Diversion. Had several bike's in the past Hornet 600, Yam's, XJR1300, FJR1300, MT-01, Goldwing 1800 and a Varadero 1000 which was traded in to get the Fazer. I was a bit hesitant about getting it as i have arthritis in my knee's and worried that it may not suit me. But i can say after 500 mile's it was totally comfortable.
I live jut outside Selby, North York's. Spend quite a bit of time at Squires cafe bar at Sherburn. If any of you get there, give us a shout, we can have a natter and a coffee. Oh nearly forgot i'm Ian an my wife is Angie.

Hi Ian. Used to have relations at Brayton back in the 60's when in my teens. Went up there from London (usually overnight) on my Ariel Leader which I passed my test on. Also on my next bike, a BSA A10 with sports sidecar. Really enjoyed that one. Also on an old Francis Barnett (197 Villiers engine)  which made it without any trouble - very reliable.


Just got my 2008 FZ6 S2 about 6 weeks ago and love it.
