Anyone know if my fazer needs sidelights to pass mot ?? Don't think they've ever worked since i've had the bike and this is the first mot i'm giving her.. I have working headlights ( low & High beam ) And there's obviosly no parking lights involved so in my opinion I don't see why I should need them but obviously I don't have a clue :/
Any Ideas ??
if its an early one (twin square lights ) it does have a side light in the bottom of one of the lights, easy to change if the bulbs gone, not to sure if its a later model
One, is never going to be enough.....
from the mot testers manual "A motor bicycle (with or without a side car) fitted with a headlamp need not have a front position lamp (but must have one on the side car, if a side car is fitted)."
The foxeye has a pilot light in each one. i.e. 2 pilot lights.
good luck......let us know how you get on

From past arguments with MOTers the basic rule is "if its there its got to be working!"
