Born again biker just got his first proper bike 05 fz6, passed my test 20+ years ago then got married so didnt get another bike so fun times to come

Hi David and welcome, let us know how you get on with the FZ6. Did you try other bikes and what decided the issue?

i had the problem of not riding for 20+ years so didnt take any bikes out for a test, was looking for cbr6 or a deauville for tourinf saw the Fz and liked the look of it as engine bay looked quite neat compared to other streetbikes so feel for it also got it cheapish hehe

"not riding for 20+ years so didnt take any bikes out" - is that because they wouldn't let you or because you didn't trust yourself. And either way will will you be taking 'refresher' training?

just didnt get round to getting hold of a bike as i didnt know anyonw with one, ive joined rospa so be getting some tips soon  :eek
