There is a chap on ebay UK that specialises in refurbished Givi kit. I have just bought the PL348 pannier racks from him (2001-2002 Fazer 1000). They number changed to PL349 for 2003-2005 models but the top rack arms reference does not change so the PL348/349 should be 100% (still waiting for my order to land). 

His ebay user name is existentialist22 - if you contact him he deffo has a second set. As I said, it is refurbished stuff so it is likely missing the indicator brackets but you'll just need to make them up (they attach under the top box top rack plate).

I am also waiting for the Motto Verron welded set to land from Ukraine! Slava Ukraini! A bit conflicted over which set to fit! 

I will have some Kappa 35L Panniers and Top Box for sale soon if interested. I have bought some E41 Monokey.
