As the buyer was suitably impressed and found it very entertaining, I fuigured I would post the images on here. This is how you package a clutch basket, but the care and attn. to detail apply to anything else you ship these days :-)
Well am thinking its the best packaging I have done to date :-)

That's nothing! This is by far the best packaged item I ever received for the bike:
