I've got a lovely set of Renthal sprockets waiting to go on the bike along with a nice new 12mm sprocket nut.
Rather than put the old rear sprocket nuts back in I'm thinking about replacing with new one to look a bit nicer.
Any recommendations lads? Bog standard or should I be looking at anything else? What's a fair price for a set?
Money doesn't buy happiness, but it buys beer, and that helps!
A set of M10 stainless steel flanged nuts shouldn't cost you a fortune
Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!
I changed the sprocket on mine recently. The nuts that were on there were blue anodised aluminium. I don't trust aluminium nuts, particularly so when I don't know how long they've been on, how tight and how many times removed, so I got a stainless steel set from Pro-Bolt. They're nice and shiny, but not cheap at nearly 25 quid including postage.

Aluminium would be an unusual material to make nuts from, are you sure they weren't titanium?

They have steel inserts inside them
Pro bolt are nice quality but well over priced
