SCAMMER h7thl
#1
Can i take this opportunity to warn you of a scammer in your club.His/Her username is h7thl.This is as much information as i know about him/her.I purchased 2 secondhand discs from him through the sales ads on this owners club site last week. They are both warped and are only fit for the scrap bin.He will not tell me his name and address when i requested it. He/She said that because they bought them in good faith from ebay its tough luck. This is not acceptable. Its not what i expected from your members.

Not a good situation, you would expect parts to be serviceable, that's for sure.

Not fair to tar the whole forum with that brush though....nobody is vetted on how genuine they are, anyone can join but doesnt make them a good member.

Obviously we dont know what if any questions were asked either.

If you have a gripe via ebay you can open a dispute & get your money back maybe.

A quick look at sellers old posts indicates he may have got them off another member ages ago....& that other member got them off someone else with no guaranteed reliability......so looks like theyve been floating around the ooloo for donkeys years without ever being on a bike.

Exact same thing happened to unfazed with ampnother member....again it was 600 discs, again the seller shafted him.

Best advice buying on here is onlybuy from someone with a proven record.

If you paid through PayPal mate you'll be okay - open a case and they'll most likely refund you

Used disks aren't worth the gamble imo. Fairly shitty form from that lad though.

Just came across this post and if the other post that noggy linked too is the same discs then from that picture they are defiantly warped -------- thats what the chalk marks are - you hold a piece of chalk close and spin the wheel and it will hit the chalk is where it is warped
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
