Take some before pictures as well then we can see what a good job you've done when it's clean.

Here's a couple. Tank and tail piece is getting painted, don't worry about that.
Rear caliper is seized, not seized on thankfully. Stripped and soaking in penetrating oil at the minute.
Carbs have been stripped, jets etc cleaned, ultrasonic cleaned and put back together.
Got a new throttle cable on its way as the old ones fraying.

Long-ish story,
I had a training session 9:30-12:30, test at 1:53.
My instructor had two people in at 12:30, they turned up at 1, I said I'd meet them at the test centre, got to 1pm and no show, turned up at 1:25.
I missed my slot. As you can imagine I was annoyed.
Still waiting for a test date now.

New throttle cable turned up yesterday so that will go on later.
Rear brake caliper was seized, got the Pistons out, seals out, all good, one bleed nipple out, the other snapped. So need a second hand caliper.
Anyone know which is the best match for the fzs600? I've read there are a few that do fit but some need filing out etc

Well Done! The route to a full licence is not as simple as it was in 1966! :lol
