Wanted - Front brake hose guides

Does anybody have a pair of the brackets that fix to the front legs and hold the rubber bush that goes on the front brake hoses? I need the brackets, the bushes and the bolts that hold it on. I think there is also a metal guide that holds the brake pipes away from the forks? Thanks
