Just would like to say " hello " to all of you, after many fantastic years and long trips on my beloved ThunderCat I've decided to move on and go for a Fazer gen1 or gen2. After last year's trip to Sweden and 800+ miles in one day on my TCat I feel like I need something different for the job and Fazer was always on the top of my list. So now the hunt begins, I live in Stafford. My top budget is £2300 so if you know anyone that knows someone please feel free to pm.

Another t'cat owner here, and until previously a gen II thou owner.

If your doing the big mileage, buy a gen I Fazer thou, it's better at it than the gen II, torquier, and less revvy, comfier, and better tank mileage. And you'll get a good one for your price

welcome aboard mate ive a gen 1 fazer thou which i find comfy ,quick and a whole lotta fun find one with a black engine though ive heard the silver engines paint  tend to flake off after a while ,good luck with the hunt ,you wont be dissapointed :faz
