I went the stick coil route on mine and it runs faultlessly. I had a misfire on mine which was down to the plug caps ring corroded, and yamaha want £70 each for them.

Dude..

1. Post pictures of the damage to the cap, as you may not need to replace it...
2. If you really need/want a replacement coil, (that come with the lead & cap) then go on ebay but make sure you get the right one as the HT lead lengths are different (eg L/H coil does 1 & 4 and the R/H coil does 2 & 3)
