suspension settings!

I bought a standard fazer 1000 gen 1 for work that has the original suspension. I have completely forgotten the settings that were recommended for the shock and forks. It was years ago! anyone have the link or know the settings.. I seem to remember the shock got set too max on just about everything! Can't recall front forks :\

Forks:  2 rings preload, 3 clicks rebound (all clicks are given as turns out/anti-clock from max), 8 - 10 clicks compression.

Shock:  Max preload, 4 -5 clicks rebound, 1 - 2 clicks compression.
