The panniers have been used a few times and have a few lights marks as evidence, but nothing serious - no rips or holes in panniers themselves. They come with shoulder straps and a selection of other straps to secure them to the bike, also included are rain covers, one of which has a rip in it but this could possibly be repaired.

Sorry for the dumb question but I've never had panniers before, how do they fit to the bike? Do you just take the seat off and lay the black strap things under the seat?
