Pilot air screw,how many turns out?

Hello there focers!
Just a quick question!
Can somebody tell me how many turns out to unscrew the pilot air screw?
2 or 2,5??? my bike is an fzs 600 2001,with k&n air filter and danmoto carbon exhaust.

Can't you use one of the other carbs as a guide? Turn all the way in counting the turns, then reversing.

its 2 full turns out on the 2001 fazer and 2 1/2..turns out on 2002/2003 mods

but remember, thats just a `starting point`..........you may find they will need fine-tuning to get things running spot on which may mean they are all turned in / out a bit from your `starting point`. no two engines are the same.......what may work on one engine at 2 turns out may be utter sh&te on another. bear that in mind. good luck with it

Is there any "easy" way to find the sweet spot?
Maybe with the carbtune or everything must be done by ear at idle speed?
