Forum down email notification address ?

If the forum goes down (as it did the other day) it might be handy to have a 'support' alias/email/web address that can be found using google search so that foc'cers can let you (or the hosters) know if it's all gone a bit pearshaped so you can let your hosting provider know.

Obviously a @foc-u.co.uk may not work in the event of a DNS error like yesterday so ...?
If you don't want to know, that's fine.  Just a suggestion  :lol

Yes I know you may not be interested on a Friday night whilst supping on a tasty beverage but you don't have to look at the email or you could filter it, bounce it, forward it or whatever.

I was thinking about this overnight. There's a Facebook group which we normally post problems to, but I cannot access Facebook from work :\

If you Google 'foc farjo email' you'll see the Google cache of the yamaha site with your foc'cing email addresses.

So if the support email address was prominent on the front page along with words which would be associated with support then Google should return them when searched for "foc support email' or some such.

Aha I see I already get an email from Hyperspin (see bottom of this page: http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php?action=stats) if the site is down for an hour, or rather it polls hourly and emails me if it's down. So yesterday I was able to email the host and say Our site has been down since before..., even though I was asleep when it happened.

Haven't been able to get on the forum all day until now either. And even when I just tried to post on another thread it came up with connection problems, couldn't find the page etc.
