Hi guys,Quick couple of questions.I've a hankering for a Thundercat-how common is the 2nd gear problem?Also,at 6 foot 4,would I be uncomfortable?Thanks.

If it's going to be a problem usually shows between 25kand 30k just check that it doesn't jump out of second gear if it does walk away. The same problem affected was on fzr600 as well.  I had a FZR600R Fox eye got it at about 15k done 35k when I swapped it never had any problem. A Thunder cat followed the FZR 10k when bought  40K+ when sold no problems, but they did have a reputation for it.

It's a decent sized bike, about the size of a mid 2000s 1000cc sport bike so not too cramped nothing like a current 600 that's for sure. I'm 6ft1 and fit on it perfectly but I'm pretty much 50/50, if your all legs then might not be as comfortable.
Second gear issue is well documented but never had a problem with mine
