Had to nip out at lunchtime and thought I would take teh FZS600 as it is now taxed. As I approached a set of lights , and several cars back,  a brand new Audi TT was at the front and went for it when the lights changed only to have to brake for the next set. What did I do??

I filtered up to the front and left him spinning his wheels scrabbling for grip the next time the lights changed as I left him behind :rollin

My £450 bike beats your £50K TT :rollin

I did the exact same thing against a £250k Ferrari 458, versus my £850 fazer. I heard him undertake all the cars behind me to pull alongside me at the lights, then we both 'set off' up the hill to the next set of lights. He was 2up and I matched him up to about 60mph then he started pulling ahead, just as we slowed for the next lights.

:agree

Yogi will be even quicker after I have a tinker. New plugs, a clean air filter and some fresh oil may be spoiling it too much though Smile

Haha one of my favourite past times is goading 'fast' cars. I spanked a clio v6 rally just the other day. You can just feel the rage in the back of your head as you pass them hahaha

The nest one is when you get a groups of young uns in some kind of gti/St kind of thing, music blaring out everywhere, giving you the stink eye at the lights

My best with Yogi was a Mitsubishi Evo VII with a reported 500Bhp. Always done him to a ton by half or a full bike's length - same drag distance from work to a set of lights maybe 3 or 4 times a month. This guy had spent a lot of money and yup.....you could see he was quietly bubbling - never looked at me when we stopped but I always gave him the thumbs up at around 80mph  :lol :lol .

Errr sorry BB....Yogi never went over 5k rpm in these moments *cough* :look

Cam chain rattle ???? Me thinks you may have over revved the bike sir against the TT in your excitement at owning a Fazer again. Was like a sewing machine when it left here  :rolleyes .

Whaddyawant for £450 ffs, tires, grips & Givi rack alone are worth that :lol
