Greg - the blackbird was on my shortlist  - I couldn't find one for my budget with luggage that was less than ten years old. Most had battle scars and big mileages - and I know they go forever. Yours sounds okay but I wasn't sure about the riding position even with raised bars. In heavy traffic filtering I like to have a more upright position and view. I don't need 180 mph either tbh  - all in all the biffer suits me better but next time I might look again.
