On the great Oscar Pistorious tragedy.
I can't see him being done for murder, but most likely culpable homicide.
Must say I like the way SA justice system throws all the charges at the accused and lets a judge decide on the result.
The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people's money!
He wont get away with all of it, far too many charges.....I reckon he will get found guilty of culpable homicide, discharging a fire arm in public and illegal possession of ammunition.......15 years in total
He will get done for something.
A smart judge will say he wasn't guilty of murder if he believes Oscars story but will find him guilty of manslaughter instead. The other charges will disappear and Oscar will be given the SA equivalent of community service to ensure he can train and attend the 2016 Olympics to represent SA.

Discharging a fire arm in a public place, it was his own house and bathroom for fucks sake , any white south african if they have any sense will carry a fire arm.

He put in a protest because the guy that beat him had longer leg extension thingy's. Turns out they can calculate the length they should be for what your normal physical height would have been.

The charge of discharging a fire arm in a public place was on a different date in a restaurant...its just on his charge sheet and same court date, must be a South African thing

Whatever the outcome, it's a tragic, unnecessary loss of life of a beautiful young woman and ultimately his long term punishment will be living with blood on his hands for the rest of his life which, had it been my daughter, wouldn't be that long. :2guns

As some of you know i used to work as a nurse(oo er) on the intensive care ward at broadmoor and ive met a few proper Psycopaths. In my uneducated opinion our oscar is right up there with the worst of them.

Almost all right so far. The only fly possibly preventing the full house is the fact that they have granted him bail for a month before sentencing.
My guess is he will be doing a runner some time soon to a country with no extradition agreement with SA.
