Currently a postgraduate finance student, coming towards the end of my masters!
Finishing off the course by writing a dissertation based on stock returns for various retrospectively derived portfolios formed using stocks on the FTSE100 during the course of the last 5 years.
Lots of Excel, Bloomberg, and late nights spent in the library basically :lol
Retired now but 43 years Marine Engineer /Cryo genic engineer. Last couple of years spent as commissioning engineer for Chinese shipping company , shipyard and putting vessels into service. Can honestly say the last slot proved to me that the Chinese are best suited to running a take away, they are fecking dangerous on an LNG gas tanker.

sometimes i wished i worked the sewing machines (smaller ones for small parts) as then i could make trick bike parts at work, but since the machines i use are huge its not always easy  All that effort to make a few million bracelets. You learn so much on this forum
