A box full of about 2kgs of useless junk and improved access to the spark plugs. No difference in performance either way and no issues with the MOT.

Cleaner looking top of the engine, easier spark plug access, you wont have to remove it again if you are removing the cam cover for valve checks etc and apart from that nothing

Still - its easier to remove than changing your plugs without removing :lol

Don't go buying the removal kit, an M8 tap and 4 stainless cap head bolts (Don't have to be stainless or caphead, just prettier) and a couple of rubber plugs.
Save the planet...It's the only one with beer!
