fazer 1000 belly pan copy
#1
Right I have a copy of a fazer 1000 belly pan on my bike, and its looking putty tired, I was told by the previous onerous that it came some one on the owners club many year ago. Does any one know if they are still available? How much genuine ones from YAMAHA? Or shouldn't I ask ?

Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Plus I'll add. Keep a vigulant look out. They do turn up now and again, mostly when people have modded and are now puting bikes back to standard. But seeing as this is a Yamaha part I would think they would sell with the bike anyway.

I saw a post from another forum that led me back here: http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,2575.0.html and snapped it up straight away. For a little bit of effort rubbing down, filling and painting the price is about what you'd expect to pay.

There aren't going to be that many of them circulating now so take it that they've just gone up a bit in price because there's one less on the market now. Have a look at how much a new aftermarket one sells for, and IMO they all look pretty ugly.

How about these, they don't look too bad and are pretty close to the OE.

It will be interesting to see how much they go for as you will still need to get it painted to suit.
