Do the photos have to be taken during the month of the competition?
#23
No.
Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Wildlife Encounters .. of a very rare kind .. special moments that nature allows us to share.

September is 'grub up' time in the river and the Grizzly's are having a feast before their winter sleep.

A young Adult fishing in the shallows.

A giant old Grandad Bear .. he knows the deep water tricks too.  Hard to get the size factor of these magnificent creatures across .. but that big black nose is over 4 inches wide, he can smell your breath from 2 miles away. The Salmon was 2 feet long .. Burp :o(

I think on second thoughts that the nose piercing is a pozidrive countersunk screw that's holding the table top on.  Wink

Can't compete with the exotic stuff, Tori's squirrel or Betarev's seagulls, but thought this might amuse:

Ah, bollocks... where did that vanish to?
OK, Canon's Image Gateway is apparently not a good site for hosting photos.
Something put me off using Photobucket (can't recall what, and it was only the day before yesterday  :o ) and I've forgotten my Flickr login details. I'll try to sort it tomorrow, too knackered now.

A brief chat with Farjo and the "Photography Competion" folder in the media section is now open for business. So hopefully this'll work:

Bottlenose Dolphin, Chanonry point, Moray Firth, Scotland. photo uncropped, you can get THAT close.

Musk Ox, Norway. Our guide said "we shouldn't be this close, but they can't charge downhill". A comforting thought when you're facing a 500kg goat!
