Hi, I browse using Firefox and leave myself permanently logged-in to this forum. I am unable to follow links in messages as clicking on them takes me to a landing page which says " foc-u is undergoing some maintenance and should be back about 2:30am." and says "welcome guest" at the top RHS. If I try to log-in on that page (the fields are pre-populated with my username and ...... for password) it says 'username not recognised'.

What am I missing or doing wrong please?

What link/s are you clicking on? the url for the forum is https://foc-u.co.uk › mybb

But as you have managed to leave this post, then I dont understand what issue would be.

For example I have just searched the topic 'balancing' and opened the thread https://foc-u.co.uk/mybb/showthread.php?...=balancing

At page 4 of that thread is the link  http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,91.0.html

Since the topic is carb balancing and a reply contains a link it is a reasonable guess that the link refers to a previous, hopefully detailed thread on carb balancing so I click on it to go to said thread but instead I get taken to a page bearing the following information (I can't post an image of the page because I don't understand how to).

If I cut and paste the link into a new tab I get the same outcome and if I paste it into a different browser (Chrome) I get the same outcome. This happens to me for any link of this form e.g.  http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php?topic=3024.0 is just the same. Why does it say "welcome guest, please log in or register, when I am already logged in?

What do you get when you click on these links?

And how is it going with the "donate to help fund this website" thing? I have found the site very useful since acquiring my FZS 600 and have funds to contribute waiting.

Any link that doesn’t have 'mybb' in the path is pointing to the old forum which isn't publicly viewable atm.

I have re-enabled the old forum so old links will now work.
