Fuel tank breather hoses
#1
Hi, I noticed there were no breather hoses on my tank, so bought one off ebay which has a plate attached. Been looking in my manual and online, but can't find anywhere about where it attaches to and which of the 2 pipes it fits on.
Thanks in advance

Ok so what you have bought is the drain tube bits for a later (2000+) FZS600 which attaches to the frame under the tank. On top of that should be a rubber funnel that aligns with the two spigots you show in the pictures.

Older model FZS600's have two rubber tubes running direct from those spigots to under the bike and often get kinked when people raise the tank causing running problems later.

What model do you have? Send us a picture of the under tank area looking down in front of the airbox

Yeah, I remember now from my old 01 gold fazer. Think the hoses have vanished at some point. It's a T ref, 98, I think. Can't figure out how to take a picture this time ?, but there's definitely no breather hoses. The only 1 I can find is the coolant overflow
