Wanted: FZ1 paint protection or Decals for tail peice

Does anyone know of where I can find some decails or paint proection for the rear tail plastic. Im looking to protect the paint directly behind the pillon seat when I carry stuff on the back.

Wouldn't clear vinyl do the job? Just buy a large sheet and cut it down to fit where needed?

There was some damage  from the previous owner so if possible I would like to opaque decals/protector if possible.

And going DIY is one solution I dont know how accuratrly I could cut it as the tailpaice has many angles.
